About Myself
My name is Vincenzo, but everyone can just call me Vinny.
If you couldn’t tell by my name alone, I’m of Italian origin. The small village of Vico equense in southern Italy, not far from Naples, is where I entered this world. Since birth I have had cerebral palsy, a collection of conditions that have an effect on the nervous system and, by consequence, my coordination, balance, and posture.
Since my birth, physicians have been pessimistic about my prospects for a normal life, assuming that I would never be able to walk, talk, or do anything on my own. What they failed to realize was that my determination could overcome any obstacle. And so, here I am, today, defying all expectations and living my best life.
Some of the challenges I took on to this day
I recently turned 28, and it’s been a hell of a journey!
These are some of the challenges that I have faced over the years:
I lived in four countries, learned three languages, practiced an adapted form of Brazilian jiu-jitsu for a year, and went bag packing in Colombia for six months. This year, I will also complete my first degree and move to my fourth country of residence.

The reason I made this website is to encourage others to be their best selves and experience life to the fullest. My intention is to assist you in breaking through limiting beliefs and realizing your full potential. My goal is to create a group of people who motivate one another to excel.
Because remember, it doesn’t matter what, there is always a way!
